TOUR ANNOUNCEMENTS: Early Bird Specials The deadline for the early bird special is coming this week. We have had a great response and some of our tours are filling up rapidly. Those passengers that pay their $100 deposit before labor day (September 3, 2001) will receive a $100 discount towards the purchase of their trip. Think of it as getting the deposit for free. If you cannot make the Labor Day deadline, you can still register before Thanksgiving Day (November 22, 2001) to receive a $50 discount Since there have been many requests for the registration form we are attaching it to this email. You will find it in Microsoft Word format. If you desire another format please let us know. FEATURE STORY: Great Castles Tour Departing August 31Just a few days before the second Great Castles Tour of this year departs on August 31st. We know the passengers will participate in a trip of a lifetime. They will visit some of the most spectacular castles of Europe, try new and succulent traditional European foods, enjoy the most picturesque landscapes and all this with our 28 passengers. The tour has a wide range of ages from 15 to 67 and from many different states, Texas, Tennessee, California, New York, Ohio, Arizona, Florida. and Colorado and from Canada. We wish all of you a memorable and safe trip. Once the tour returns, we will begin posting the photos for the 2001 photo contest. You can also read about the adventures they will have and comments about the trip. TRAVEL TIP: Hotel Safes If you are going to use a hotel safe, whether in the hotel's control or in your room, make sure you ask and understand the limit of the hotel's liability, since most do have a claim limit. Safes have been known to be looted notwithstanding appearances of invulnerability. NEWS: More Virtual Tours Added and Videos. If you did not have the opportunity to travel with us this year to see the great castles, we invite you to take a virtual tour of our latest added castles in England, Ireland, Wales, Scotland, and Spain.
